I really can't say enough great things about Brandon. He is an excellent communicator, always on time, and truly makes you feel like your satisfaction is his top priority. I felt like Brandon handled our new home buying experience with the same diligence and care that he would if he were buying a home for himself. Not only that, Brandon is a fantastic negotiator and saved us a lot of money! Whether buying or selling, I can't imagine using anyone else. You rock Brandon!

Brandon Jones is a great realtor! He's professional, kind, and responsive. I've had 9 home purchases over the course of my lifetime, and Brandon is the best. This part is important to know: There were some challenging issues in our negotiations with the seller due to that family's reluctance to address safety and health defects identified by our home inspector, including asbestos tiles. Brandon hung in there and did a great job of working with the seller's agent to get all of this resolved in a way that worked well for all. He was patient but firm in his dealings with the seller's agent, and I am very satisfied with the outcome. We just closed on the house last Friday, and I am still smiling! I would recommend Brandon to anyone, and as a Miami University faculty member, I also appreciate that he is a Miami alumnus. :)
